A Judges Trevor Douglas,
Edward Cheatham and Mick Price were assisted by B Judge David Marshall and all
had a difficult job choosing both a Best in Show and Best Exhibit winner from
several outstanding fish. After much pointing the showing trio of KPJ from Select
A.S. would win the Best in Show with a beautiful Hara horai (Bengal hillstream/Moth
catfish) while Mr. and Mrs. Nelson of Ashby Fishkeepers would take Best Exhibit
with their pair of Crescent Zoe.

While
judging was taking place the Y.A.A.S. Chairman, Mr. Steve Jones, auctioned several
'lots' of aquatic items. It was good to see Dr. David Ford of Aquarian fame,
who bought with him a small information stand

YOU to all who took part in and helped with this event. Hopefully further Friends
of Yorkshire events will be held during 2008 so watch this space for details!
